Breakfast is an important meal so make sure you have some. It doesn’t matter if it is just 1 slice of bread or a whole fruitsalad, your body needs something to be able to get started. Eating breakfast increases your metabolism. To maybe give you some inspiration I’ll show you my top 3 breakfasts.
Coffee and biscuits. This absolutely isn’t a healthy breakfast, but if you don’t have much time in the morning it’s a good starter. This day I had the oreo birthaycake biscuits, but there are better choises :p
Fruit salad. This is great as breakfast, but takes a little time. If you want to do this and you don’t have much time, I suggest you to prepare it the night before. You can keep it fresh by using a little bit of lemon juice.
Bagel and fruit. I truly love this! It tastes amazing and keeps me satified for a long time. you can choose whatever fruit you have and if you don’t have bagels anthing like bread will work.
When I travel I don’t want to take too much with me, I like to travel light. The picture above is not mine but it sums up quite well what I always take with me.
First things first! I always check if I have everything I need in my wallet. ID, credit cards, money ( local money),and drivers license is all I need everything else I’ll take out and put away somewhere I can remember.
Then I go and collect the adaptors from al the electronic items I’ll be taking with me. Usually this is for my phone, camera and sometimes my laptop or tablet. For my pohe I also like to take a little external battery beacause I know my phone battery can’t last a whole day. And ofcourse I take my phone and camera with me aswell.
For my makeup bag I only go for the essentials: foundation, mascara and a lipstick. But to be honest, I mostly end up putting more stuff in it like a bronzer highlighter until the little bag is full. I never take jewelry unless I know I have an event or if I’ll go out.
For clothing I always plan 1 outfit a day I’ll be on vacation. And as every girl I always have one or two extra outfits. You never know what you’ll feel like wearing.
After writing this I realy want to go on vacation 😦

I decided to go to the fitness more often and I created a fitness routine. It is easy and great if you are a beginner like me. So if you want to start going to the fitness, here are some tipfs for you. Most of them can be done at home.
First of all I start with some cardio. Either I run half an hour at 8km/h or I bike half an hour at resistance 5.
After already sweating my ass off I do some abs. First I start with 30 crunches, 10seconds pause and again 30 crunches. Then I mostly do plank 30 seconds each time. At this point I already feel like I’m dying :p .
If I’m not dead already I do some ab excercises on this thingy ( picture). I have no idea what it is called, but I pull my legs up (bended knees) toward my chest, let my legs down and pull them up again sideways both sides. This I repeat 5 times.
At last I go back again to my treadmill and walk it all out for 15 or 20 minutes.
And extra tip: drink a lot of water!I hope you liked my routine.
Are you someone who hits the snooze button like 20 times? Do you crawl under your blanket when the sun is shining through your curtains? Well I have some tips for you to make it easyer to get up in the morning
Don’t put your phone or alarm on your night stand. If you put them across the room you have to get out of bed to turn of the alarm.
The second you get up, open your cutrains and window. The light and fresh air will wake you up in no time
Put a big bottle of water next to your bed. If you drink water when you wake up it will be easyer to wake up.
Don’t hang around in your pj’s too long, it’ll make you lazy again.
Whatever you do, don’t get back in your bed!

For the longest time ever I had a bag of lush products hanging around in my room. It smells incredible! Today I had some time left and decided to take a bath with the Intergalactic bathbomb from Lush. It is not only pretty in your hands it is also way more glittery than I expected. I just felt like a 5 year old playing with some glitters for the first time.
The moment I dropped it in my bath is was just a matter of seconds befor it turned dark blue. a few seconds later there was some pink and green what made it look so amazing. Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures but in my bathroom it is pretty dark. But I think you can still see al the prettyness I’m talking about.
Afterwards I expected that I would’ve a hard time cleaning all the color that would stay behind in the bad. How could I’ve been so wrong. Not that is absolutely leaves nothing behind, but I was surprised. The only thing that was left behind were some glitters. And it was easy to get rid of them. Just clean your bath again with some water.

what made you start your blog?
It is something I wanted to do for long. I never foud time to start doing it. But this year I had one resolution. IT was starting a blog! And I did. I am honestly so happy I did it. It feels so good just writing about things I love and seeing people enjoy it.
what are you most proud of?
Currently I am most proud of my godchild, she is such a cutie and I love her with whole my heart! ❤
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would go to Australia! I have been there one on vacation and I really loved it. I only got to see a little of the country and I want to see so much more of it.
who is your inspiration?
My best friend. He inspires me everytime I see him. He makes me do things I wouldn’t have done by myself. He also got my back with eveything I do.
do you prefer summer or winter?
Summer!Summer!Summer! I feel like summer makes the most memories. People are so happy in summer and it makes me happy as well. Fashionwise summer is my favourite as well, you can dress so much better 😀
If you could change one thing in your life, what would it be?
Right now I think everythins went as it should have gone. I would not change a thing because I am happy where I am now and if I would change a think it might affect my happyness right now.
what is your first memory?
One of the first memories I Shave is riding on my moms lap. At the beginning of our street she would take me or my sister on her lap and we could ‘drive’ the car with her. Such a great memory
what is your biggest regret?
My biggest regret is holding on too long to someone and it did hurt me way too much.
do you have a bucket list? (travel/adventure/experience…) what are your top 3 ?
I do have a bucket list. I do not really have a top 3 but the first three thing that came up now are: Going on safari, learning to dive and visit a volcano.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?
I love skiing and I love speed. I think you can already guess it. One of the craziest things I have ever done was reaching a 98km/h on my skis. It really was crazy! still can’t believe it.
Friday! Last day of the week and somehow the best day of the week. It is the day of the week you are the happiest, because you’re excited for the weekend and you start making fun plans for the upcoming two days.
Some fun things you can do this weekend:
A lot of stores are having special spring shopping opening hours and discounts!
Go to the gym, not only mondays are for changes.
It’ll be a sunny weekend, go out with some friends to have a drink.
Facemasks are always fun to do. Weekends are perfect for some home spa.
And so much more!

Obsessions. I have a lot of them and most of them are fashion or make-up related.
My newest obsession is Bershka. I live in the city and way too close to the shop. Bershka is literally a 5 minute walk and I can’t leave my house and not at least look at the new colletion.
At first they’ll ask you WHY you’re doing it.
Later, they’ll ask HOW you dit it.
Being healthy or being fit isn’t something you change overnight, it is something you really have to work on. It isn’t always that easy to keep up with fitness and healthy eating. That’s why I decided to make a little list of tips and tricks to help motivate you to keep on going!
First things first: Buy yourself some nice workoutclothes so you’ll feel confident wearing them when you go to the gym. And once you have your outfit, it would be a shame to let them gather dust in your closet.
Find a buddy! Someone who wants to achieve the same goals you want to, someone who’ll kick your butt if you say you’re too tired to go to the gym, someone you know won’t leave you alone, someone you can also have fun with.
In terms of healthy food, prepare as much as you can the night before. Most people have the most motivation at night. If you prepare your healthy breakfast and a great lunch, you’ll have no choice but to eat it the next day.
If you don’t know what to do or what to eat, watch Youtube! There are a ton of helpful videos to help you out with workout routines and/or recipes.
Lastly, don’t try too much new stuff at once. You’ll get overwhelmed and when things don’t all go as planned, you’ll get discouraged to keep going. Take babysteps in trying new kinds of food, not everyone is a huge fan of kale or raw celery!
